A day at Little Bay | Sydney Photographer

It is always nice when business is going well, but after a crazy weekend of work I was craving some serious alone time with my little loves.  So we packed up for the day and headed off to a part of Sydney not yet ventured to for us.  We thought we would make the most of this amazing "not so autumn-like" weather we have been having and went to explore Little Bay.  I can not believe I haven't been here before! The most perfect spot for a relaxing day at the beach.  No crashing waves to scare my youngest away from the water, shallow until further out than they would ever venture away from me, rocks and all of their inhabitants to explore.  A little slice of heaven!

It was a day I will always remember.  I will remember the feel of the sun soaking into my skin and warming me inside.  I will remember how blue, clear and fresh the water was.  I will remember the salty kisses showered upon me by my little ones who as it seems may of missed my attention as well.  I will remember Evie's hair and the way Harry still runs with his little baby legs.  I will remember that they pestered me for food and once content with full bellies, played happily together with a bucket and spade.  I will remember being sad that Hamish wasn't making this memory with me.  Most of all though I will remember the feeling that this is the way life is supposed to be.  This is what is most important.
